These terms and conditions apply to the use by subscribers to the collectIT Website.
In subscribing to collectIT and using its Website, you agree to be bound by such terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions then you must refrain from using the Website.
These terms and conditions are, wherever possible, in accordance with the law, but where a term of use contravenes statute, then the law will prevail.
Amendments
collectIT Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Such amendments are effective immediate upon inclusion in this Website.
Single User Licence
Licence to use this Website and its templates is granted to you as the individual or for your business only. You may not use the material from this Website for a third party’s use. Any attempt to use the contents from this Website for a third party’s use will be a breach of this licence and may result in instant withdrawal of all rights in relation to the Website.
Subscription
In order to use this Website you must subscribe to collectIT Limited through the on-line application form.
collectIT Limited reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time if these terms and conditions are breached.
You agree to ensure that registration details are true and accurate. Any change to registration details as originally supplied must be notified to collectIT Limited.
Fees
You agree to pay a joining fee of $395.00 (plus GST) and thereafter a monthly subscription by automatic payment of $30.00 (plus GST) per month. The monthly subscription will commence on the 20th of the month after the month you join.
The monthly fee is payable in advance, ie, if you join in January then the first monthly fee is direct debited on 20th February and pays your subscription for the period 20th February to 19th March.
Any failure of payment will allow collectIT Limited the right to deny you access to the Website.
collectIT Limited reserves the right to alter the monthly subscription and will notify you of such alteration.
If you no longer wish to continue subscribing to collectIT Limited, you must notify collectIT Limited in writing.
Terms of Payment
The joining fee is paid via the application form on-line by credit card.

Termination of Subscription
If you wish to terminate your subscription to collectIT Limited’s Website, you must give notice in writing.

The content of this Website is the property of collectIT Limited. The information contained in this Website is provided to the subscriber of the Website under a licence agreement. The information may be used or copied only in accordance with the terms of the licence agreement. It is against the Copyright Act 1996 to copy the information onto any medium except as specifically allowed in the licence agreement.
