Court Costs Reduced ... Slashed, in fact!
We are listening to you, our customer. It's what we do really well
and the reason we are in business - to alleviate some of that pain
and frustration that bad debts bring to your business.
With that in mind,
Previously CollectIT had one charge for Court Action which
included both “Obtaining a Court Order” and “Enforcement of the
Court Order”. What we have found is that often debtors begin
paying once we start court proceedings, so we were rarely needing
to go down the enforcement route. This obviously takes CollectIT
less time if we are not needing to enforce a court order to get the
money owed to you. With this in mind we now have separate costs
for “Obtaining a Court Order” and “Enforcement of the Court Order”
which will save you considerable amounts of money and give you
more options.
We have also reduced the total cost of both actions because
the courts have changed some of their procedures – theoretically
this should take us less time to carry out the paperwork for Court
Action.
The Statutory Demand is now extremely affordable at just
$95 + gst. This is used when your debtor is a company and
basically fast tracks the court process to liquidate your debtor. A
very effective option!
